What is sportBU?

At BU Sport & Recreation we value our students and local community.

This is reflected in our vision: to provide positive experiences through sport, recreation and physical activity.

To better support and provide for our customers we have developed a new identity which is being phased in this summer: sportBU.

Under our new identity we feel it better identifies our services and programmes with a stronger image to:

• Ensure that sport and recreation is available for everyone regardless of athletic ability
• Ensure BU’s Varsity Sports teams have a strong sense of belonging and pride in representing sportBU on a national level
• Allow BU’s community activities to create a positive contribution to the health of the community
• Increase the awareness of the breadth of services that sportBU offer to the public and take advantage of them.
