Staff Development Steering Group

The Staff Development Steering Group (SDSG) meets every term and reports to the Senior Management Team twice a year and the Human Resources Committee of the Board twice a year.

The Aim of Staff Development is to support individuals and the Univeristy to improve their performance. The role of the Staff Development Steering Group is to develop and monitor strategies to ensure that all investments in staff development assist the Univeristy in improving the way that it performs, with the aim of maturing into a 'learning organisation'.
