Advice on time management is easy to find and yet often difficult to follow. This workshop will help you develop an approach that works for you, so that you can make the most of the time available to achieve your desired outcomes.

Objectives:

  • Write an action plan to defeat your time stealers

Yet it also covers the well-tested techniques for increasing the quantity of time available for daily use. Using examples and case studies it covers many topics including: identifying long-term goals, making best use of your best time, managing meetings, the art of delegation and effectiveness in offices.
