Coaching: A Manager's Guide

This workshop will help you to develop your coaching skills within the context of your role as a manager. It will enable you to explore the skills needed to coach effectively, including the importance of goal setting, helping others to build self confidence, effective listening and exploring all perspectives.

During the workshop you will have the opportunity to practice a simple and effective coaching model by both coaching and being coached.
