Bullying & Harassment, and Absence Management

The objectives of this workshop are: to be able to identify potential concerns regarding grievance and discipline issues; to practise using methods and techniques to prevent issues escalating to a formal stage; and recognise your responsibilities within these HR procedures and policies.

This workshop supports development in the AUA professional behaviours 'Using Resources', 'Providing Direction' and 'Working with People'.
