The Application Process

We are looking to recruit a group of between 6 and 12 people, who will be selected balancing the needs of the individual with those of the group. It is unlikely that several people who work in similar roles within the same School/Service will be chosen.

All applications need to have line manager support. This person will be expected to meet with the programme participant periodically throughout the programme to help guide and review their learning, placing it within the wider strategic context.

As part of the selection process, Staff Development will meet with both the applicant and their line manager to explore individual development needs. This is an essential part of the process, as the final design of the programme will be tailored to meet the specific needs of those participating. A similar meeting will be held at the end of the programme to review the individual’s learning
