This workshop will introduce you to a few of the myriad of leadership theories in existence and by exploring the different philosophies and models you will gain an understanding of what it means to be a leader. You will have the opportunity to explore a series of tools to help you identify your own leadership style and also how to adapt that style to ensure that you successfully provide leadership to those around you.
