Successful completion of the ‘Interviewing Skills Workshop’ along with the ‘Employment Law Masterclass: A Recruitment Perspective’ will enable you to Chair future interview panels

Objectives:

  • Explain the recruitment and selection process
  • Identify important aspects of employment  law relevant to the recruitment and selection process 
  • Identify and use skills required to carry out the recruitment and selection process
  • Explain different methods and techniques used in interviews
  • Understand the academic recruitment process
  • Explain how to effectively manage probation
