During 2008 senior staff on grades 10-13 were invited to the consultation sessions for the new Performance Appraisal Scheme. Following feedback from staff who piloted the new version, the documentation has been updated

Senior staff are invited to one of two informal lunch-time discussion groups to comment on and discuss the implementation of the new scheme and documentation for senior staff
