This short webinar aims to give participants a brief but practical guide to active and strategies that can boost both emotional resilience and physical wellbeing.

The 1-hour webinar begins with a quick description of the impact of stress on both body and mind. It is followed by an examination of different types of coping strategy and finishes with a look at ways of accessing sustainable sources of energy and motivation. It ends with a Q&A session.

What is a Webinar?

A webinar, or web seminar, is an event designed to facilitate communication between a small number of presenters and a large remote audience using the Internet. The webinars provided by CiC are recorded and can be accessed online for up to a month after the event.

How long is a webinar?

Webinars are suitable for shorter sessions. Most CiC webinars are 60 minutes in length. This will include a short introduction, 45 minute presentation, leaving about 10 minutes for Q&A.
