| Finance for Non-Financial Managers |
Finance for Non-Financial Managers is suitable for any manager wanting to:
- Improve their understanding of financial information
- Increase their confidence when dealing with financial issues and accountants/auditors
- Increase their awareness of the role of the finance team
This aim of this course is to help participants become more financially aware and hence increase their effectiveness as managers.
By the end of the Finance for Non-Financial Managers course the participants will:
- Understand the key financial documents
- Realise the importance of cash and profit, and the links to the BU strategies
- Be able to clearly link the story to the numbers
