Information Management and You

An essential introduction to the working of the Data Protection and Freedom of information Acts. The course deals with the handling of personal data, documents and requests from staff, students and members of the public. The training will refer to case studies and the experience of those attending. The session will also deal with the University policy regarding the retention of documents.
