The Probation Process at BUBU’s probationary process is designed to provide you with the opportunity to demonstrate that you are able to do the job to which you have been appointed, and apply your knowledge and skills effectively. It is a period during which expectations will be explained and support provided as required Line managers have the responsibility to provide you with the means and opportunity to demonstrate your ability. This should involve outlining expectations, giving clear instruction, regular constructive feedback and the provision of appropriate development.
