Assessment regulationsAssessment regulations govern the way that student performance in units is measured and used towards the award of named qualifications. Standard assessment regulations are applicable, without modification, to all programmes across the University, except where Professional Statutory and Regulatory Body's requirements, or other exceptional circumstances (such as credit structure), dictate otherwise. Any amendments to the standard assessment regulations must be approved by EDQ and articulated within the framework/programme specification. Standard assessment regulations and programme specifications are available to students through the University and Programme Handbooks respectively. Information on the application of the assessment regulations at Boards of Examiners/Assessment Boards is available in the Academic Procedures. |
