Developing a virtual business 'failure' simulator-game

Designing and developing the first virtual business ‘failure’ simulator-game for teaching entrepreneurship failure at Bournemouth University

This project by Nasiru Taura entails the design and development of a prototype business failure simulator-game for teaching entrepreneurship failure and how to learn from it. Simulation is a little explored pedagogy for teaching entrepreneurship, yet is one of the most innovative and engaging.

Learning from failure will advance our understanding of the theory of failure and how emotional intelligence might help budding entrepreneurs to become more resilient and learn from business failure. Using Delphi methodology the project aims to understand more about the perceptions of learning from business failure and this knowledge will be integrated to inform the design and development of the simulator.
