The relative importance of National Student Survey improvement initiatives: The case of Bournemouth University’s Accounting & Finance framework
Universities value feedback from students including that from the National Student Survey and seek to improve student satisfaction on an ongoing basis. Many different initiatives have been implemented to enhance the student experience, often at a considerable cost. However, to date there is limited empirical evidence as to the relative effectiveness of these improvement initiatives. This study by Dr Ven Tauringana will aim to contribute to the evidence base by investigating the relative importance of a series of improvement initiatives using Bournemouth University’s Accounting & Finance framework as a case study.
