The GROW at BU toolkit pulls together all the resources any staff member will need, whether academic, adminstrative or professional services, to help them think about how they can enhance their approach to guiding students towards independence. The toolkit includes;
- Setting the scene: defining GROW at BU, articulating expectations and impacts, and setting the context
- A series of ‘useful questions’ guides that can be used by staff to help students get the most out of their experiences
- Guidance material on a range of coaching tools and techniques (e.g. wheel of life, fishbone, GROW model).
