What is Prezi?
Prezi is a cloud-based presentation tool that enables you to create a single canvas of text and multimedia online.
Why use Prezi?
Prezi can be a useful tool for those who prefer a more visual learning style. It works in a similar way to mind mapping and can be a beneficial tool for many students, particularly those with dyslexia or other learning difficulties who may find it difficult to organise their thoughts and ideas. Prezi can be used to present ideas or research, in preference to a more linear format.
With Prezi you can:
- zoom around the Prezi canvas to visualise your ideas
- import PowerPoint slides, images, videos, YouTube clips and PDFs to create your Prezi
- save and present your Prezi online.
How to use Prezi
If you are an academic or a student you can use your Bournemouth University email account to access Prezi for free.
