Sara Glithro is an academic within the Faculty of Health and Social Care at Bournemouth University, a practicing clinician and a researcher. Her research interests are include chronic pain, sensory function and perception and how these might be influenced to improve health outcomes. She was awarded a PhD following the defense of her thesis entitled 'Neuroplasticity and chronic low back pain : an investigation into altered tactile discrimination, body schema and motor function'. She enjoys undergraduate education as it provides inter-professional learning opportunities within a diverse group of healthcare practitioners.
