If you're exploring your options, or you've already applied to study with us and received an offer, our Open Days are a great opportunity to learn all about our BU community, student life, accommodation, finance and your course of interest.
Please note that BA (Hons) Social Work and BSc (Hons) Midwifery will not be represented at this event.
Throughout the day you will have the opportunity to:
Attend subject talks by academic staff and have the opportunity to ask questions during the exhibition
Go on a tour of the campus with one of our student ambassadors and get to see inside a house in our on-campus accommodation - the Student Village
Attend talks on financing your course, accommodation, student life and tips for your UCAS application
Enjoy a bus tour around the Bournemouth area including a view of our accommodation, beaches and the town centre.
The majority of our courses will be represented at our Talbot Campus. The following Health & Social Care courses will be represented at our Lansdowne Campus: Adult Nursing, Children's & Young People's Nursing, Operating Department Practice, Nutrition, Mental Health Nursing,Occupational Therapy, Paramedic Science and Physiotherapy. Travel between campuses is quick and easy – approximately 10 minutes on our free shuttle bus route.
Joining instructions will be sent a week or so prior to the event, including the timetable of talks and travel arrangements.
