This session will explore leadership approaches using a tool called The GC Index®. The GC Index® measures an individuals’ unique impact and contribution and offers insight into how you would individually lead your team, depending on what is required. This interactive session which will focus on self-reflection and analysis of your current leadership approach and style.
As a Chartered member of the CIPD, Helen brings a wealth of diverse HR, learning and development experience; in the manufacturing, aerospace, FMCG, service and education sectors. Having successfully achieved her full CIPD qualification and MSc in Human Resource Management, her aim is to drive forward the future of HR and infuse people with passion around learning and developing from a professional and personal perspective. She has experience of leading HR functions, covering all aspects of HR, from a legal perspective, policy, procedure and implementation, to organisation design and development.
Helen runs her own HR consultancy working all over the UK. She also founded The Young People Index, a tool used to assess contribution and impact in the corporate and educational sectors and now works with independent and state schools, colleges and universities looking at alternative ways to prepare next generation leaders with the skills they’ll need in the future.
