J.P. Morgan - Bournemouth’s biggest private sector employer - will be paying a visit to the Global Talent Programme at BU on Wednesday 6 February.
The team from J.P. Morgan will give you some practical insights into their talent acquisition process, the key business areas they are hiring in and the skills they are looking for. They will also give some hints and tips on how to demonstrate skills in a competitive interview/assessment situation and what to consider when applying for roles and opportunities with well-known global brands. You'll also hear the insiders views on what it feels like to be part of a global organisation and what are the determinants of success.
This workshop will help you to prepare to demonstrate the key skills required for employment or job creation in the future. It will also assist you to reflect on your strengths and chosen career paths and demonstrate resilience, confidence, adaptability and ability to solve problems and deal with uncertainty to achieve your goals.
