On Friday 15 March, we’re hosting REVIVE; a one-day health and wellbeing event that offers all BU students and staff a range of wellbeing advice as well as any physical rehabilitation you may need. Whether you're looking to make progress with your health and fitness goals or simply take a break from your computer, there's something for everyone to enjoy and benefit from. And for one day only, it’s all free!

Women’s Health guest talk by Hazel Manrique, Cobham Lecture Theatre, Talbot Campus, 1pm – 1.45pm
Strength and Conditioning Coach Hazel Manrique will provide an enlightening and empowering guest talk on women's health and explore a number of key topics that directly impact the wellbeing of women, including hormonal health, understanding your cycle and exercise for women. From 9am to 5pm, we’ll be offering 15 minute and 30-minute sessions.
Physiotherapy treatment
Supported by Total Therapy, physiotherapy treatments are available between 1.30pm and 3.30pm. The slots are 20 minutes long and you'll need to have a short phone consultation ahead of your appointment.
