
Student Minds is the UK's student mental health charity, aiming to empower provide students with the skills, knowledge and confidence to talk about their mental health and look out for their peers.
The Positive Minds course is held on campus for six weeks to help students with low mood or mild depression and covers topics such as building a support network, establishing healthy routines and exploring different relaxation techniques, helping you keep your university experience a positive one.
The sessions will run from 4-6pm every Wednesday from 12 October 2016 and are facilitated by trained student volunteers, offering a safe environment to talk openly about life, university and mental health with other students who may be having similar experiences.
