We're collaborating with Santander again this year to give all our budding entrepreneurs the opportunity to pitch a business idea to a panel of local business people at the AFC Bournemouth Vitality Stadium on Wednesday 29 March 2017.
The panel will be made up of passionate local business people including, Lucy Cooper, Dorset Growth Hub. Each pitch will be expected to last around 15 minutes, followed by 10 minutes for questions from the panel. There are five prizes of £1000 to be won which will be awarded at 4pm on the day.
To get involved, you'll need to read the full terms in MyCareerHub and send a brief summary (no more than one side of A4) of your idea to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line “Pitch at the pitch”. If you've never written or presented a pitch before, SUBU have organised a 'How to Pitch' masterclass on 2 March to help.
The deadline to apply is Sunday 5 March 2017.
Ten finalists will be invited to present their pitches at AFC Bournemouth's Vitality Stadium and successful applicants will be contacted on Wednesday 15 March 2017.
