Exam season is in full swing, and it's important that you take time out to rest and relax!
SUBU's new 'Live Well at BU' initiative is a great way to do this, with a 'Chill Zone' on the 1st floor of the Student Centre all week, and a relaxation workshop on 23 January from 3-4pm. Live Well at BU events will take place after exams season and could be hosted by your Full Time Officers, SUBU departments, a club or society - it's SUBU's way of putting everything happening to help your wellbeing in one place.
Find out more on the SUBU website and watch their "10 tips to cope with stress" video below.
If you live in halls or Unilet, ResLifeBU will be providing fresh fruit every morning in reception areas between 8am and 9.30am to help give you an extra boost before an exam. The stress-busting roadshow continues this week too, providing professional head, neck and shoulder massages, a craft workshop and Barney the 'mood' dog.
The roadshow takes place from 12-2pm - there's no need to book and it's all free, so check out the locations below to see when's best for you!
- Monday 21 January: Chesil House
- Tuesday 22 January: Student Village
- Wednesday 23 January: Corfe House
- Friday 25 January: Okeford House (12.30-1.30pm - weather permitting)
And on Thursday 24 January, 12 - 2.30pm, you're invited to our "I’m a student... Get me outta here!" event at the Student Hall in Talbot House, where there will be spiders, centipedes and other insects, as well as international food, dogs, massages and craft workshops.
