Sharing your feedback helps both BU and SUBU understand what's important to you - what's working well to enhance your student experience and learning opportunities, as well as what could be improved.
There are lots of different ways to share your feedback from completing surveys about your units of study and whole university experience to raising issues and suggestions via the SUBU Student Rep system.
At BU we really value what you have to say and we regularly make changes and improvements as result of your feedback. Speak Week is a brilliant opportunity to use your voice and for us to share some of the things we’ve done as a result of your feedback. During this year's Speak Week SUBU encouraged students to complete an online survey. Find out about the results when they're announced on the SUBU website along with the plans to respond your feedback.
However you decide to share your feedback, it’s our policy to listen, consider your views and share a response. We've put together the ‘Your feedback’ pages to give you information about all of the different ways you can share your feedback throughout your journey at BU. This page also details how BU and SUBU work together to bring about positive changes and enhance our community based on your suggestions.
If you have any other comments you wish to make, you can do so by speaking to your tutors, programme support staff or via SUBU's website.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
