Submit your undergraduate research abstract by 16 February to showcase your research at the British Conference for Undergraduate Research (BCUR) in April 2025.
The BCUR is an annual event dedicated to celebrating research completed by undergraduates in the UK. This year the conference will be held at Newcastle University between 9 and 10 April 2025.
Abstracts must be submitted to the Newcastle University website before 23:59 on 16 February 2025. Undergraduate research from all disciplines is encouraged. If you have an interest in taking part and would like support in preparing your submission, please reach out to your Personal Tutor and read the useful information available on the submission website.
Students with accepted abstracts will be invited to showcase their research in the form of a presentation or academic poster. Invitations will be sent to accepted students and a registration fee will apply for those participating.
Once accepted abstracts are confirmed, BU Faculty staff can confirm whether funding is available to support your registration fee for the conference. More details will be shared with accepted students.
