Out of hours support: 5pm – 8am, Monday to Friday, and all day on weekends, basic first-line support over the phone is available through our Out of Hours team.

IT support on campus
The team can help you with a number of enquiries including IT surgery appointments, audio-visual (AV) loans, laptop support and any general IT enquiries. If you would prefer to speak to a member of the team you can find them in the IT Help Zones:
- Talbot Campus: WG10 in Weymouth House, 9am-1pm & 2pm-5pm, Monday, Wednesday - Friday, and 10am-1pm & 2pm-5pm on Tuesdays
- Lansdowne Campus: S201 in Studland House, 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday, by appointment.
There are 72 MacBook Air laptops which you can borrow on a short-term basis via self-service lockers. You can find them in the Student Centre, Sir Michael Cobham Library and Bournemouth Gateway Building – find out how you can access the laptops.
