Eikon (formerly Datastream)

  • Subject coverage: financial and economic
  • Size/scope: over one billion data items from more than 175 countries and 60 markets spanning up to 40 years. Eikon contains key datasets from both developed and emerging markets - equities, stock and bond market indices, company accounts, international macroeconomics, bonds, foreign exchange rates, interest rates, futures, commodities and derivatives.

Access to Eikon is available through AppsAnywhere. Go to - appsanywhere.bournemouth.ac.uk and log in with your normal BU login. The first time you access AppsAnywhere you will need to download it onto your device.
