Register with a GP

For many this semester is the first time you’ll be living in Bournemouth. It’s important that you know what to do if you need to visit a doctor and to register with a local GP who will be able to support you.

Find out how to register with the Student Medical Centre or a Medical Centre closer to your accommodation.

Multi-Factor Authentication

We recently launched Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) as an additional security measure to protect your account on several BU systems including, Office 365, Zoom and Brightspace.

If you need to refresh your memory about MFA or need to reset your password visit our frequently asked questions page for more information.

Financial support

We’re here to help if you require financial support during your studies. This could include helping to resolve problems with your funding provider, helping to manage your money, or offering support if you are in financial difficulty and require additional funding.

There are several types of financial support available from BU and you can find out more information on our Financial Support webpages. If you are not sure where to turn please contact AskBU or SUBU Advice and we will try to help.
