This is one of the newest, most up-to-date degrees in the UK, taught at one of the most established and highly regarded centres for games and animation in the country. This course has a broad range of disciplines that will be covered across topics such as computer animation, visual effects and games design.

As one of our Games courses that have seen BU be nominated by TIGA for Best Educational Institution, it focuses on graduate skills, allowing you to be able to move into a broad sector of industries and take on creative roles that will ultimately enable you to become one of the creative leaders of the future. You will be equipped to be involved in production as well as gaining transferable skills that will enable you to be an effective member of a creative production team.

This degree is ideal if you're interested in the creative sector, with a particular interest in computer games. The degree looks at digital art, animation and the production process for creating digital art in the creative industry. A slant towards the games industry is achieved with learning encompassing creative industries and digital artistic processes.

You’ll also learn about the business aspect of the games sector, making sure that as well as having the technical and theoretical skills to help create brilliant games, you will also have the business acumen to help you become a success in a competitive marketplace.
