Centre Assessed Grades: frequently asked questions

Centre Assessed Grades are the A-level grade results given to students bases on teacher assessment. This differs from the original grading structure put in place by the government which was based on previous attainment in assessed work.

These are not ‘predicted’ grades and are now confirmed as the final grade results for A-level students. This will also be the measure upon which GCSE grades are structured this year.
