Burn calories and build your strength in this challenging, circuit-based workout.
Once you’ve warmed up, you’ll move from station to station (with high-energy music to keep you going) and work through a variety of exercises in bursts of 60 seconds.
There’ll be push-ups, squats and lunges (to name just a few) and other exercises where you’ll use equipment such as dumbbells and steppers.
But it’s repetition which is the name of the game in this class as you repeat the stations until the time runs out (while of course leaving just enough time for a relaxing cooldown).
