No matter where you are in your fitness journey, CrossFit provides strength and conditioning exercises that work for everyone.
At the heart of CrossFit is high intensity, constantly changing, challenging workouts made up of everyday movements, such as pulling, pushing and squatting.
But it’s not just based on a variety of exercises; CrossFit also incorporates Olympic weightlifting techniques, designed to build muscle and develop high levels of power.
Under the guidance of a CrossFit trainer, you’ll work out in a CrossFit box (specialised gym) using a variety of equipment including barbells, gymnastic rings, kettlebells, rowing machines and medicine balls.
And during the 6-week program, you should start to see an improvement in your level of fitness and overall wellbeing. For many, CrossFit is more than just exercise, it’s a whole lifestyle.
