Get Fit Done! Available for all ages and abilities, this is a fitness course aimed at working on improving overall fitness, strength, and quality of life.
There will be two sessions each week – one mobility and resistance session in the performance or gym area, and one cardio session followed by winding down to a mindfulness session.
The course will run for 12 weeks, starting 7 June, but participants will also have the flexibility to book in blocks of 4 weeks to cover June, July, and August.
