​Our dedicated team of personal trainers (who are minimum Level 3 qualified) will help you to achieve your fitness aspirations, whatever they may be.

Whether you're looking to get fit, improve your fitness, lose weight, train to boost your performance or prepare for a competition or race, your personal trainer will guide and support you to get the results you want.

Here at SportBU, our personal trainers specialise in boxing pad work, cross-fit training, muscle gain, weight loss, mobility and injury prevention.

What to expect

Our Health and Fitness Manager will meet with you to discuss your objectives and what support we can offer, before pairing you with your SportBU personal trainer.

Initially, your trainer will assess your current fitness level (through some exercises and body movements) and then use this as a way to keep track of your progress.

From here on in, each of your personal training sessions will be tailor-made for you and your fitness aims. 

It won't be an easy journey; your trainer will challenge you to push yourself, both physically and mentally, as you work towards your fitness ambitions. But they'll be with you every step of the way, motivating and supporting you as your fitness goals start to become a reality.
