We challenge you on day 11th day of our 14-day Isolation Challenge to complete an upper body circuit. This circuit will include exercises for your upper body; for this, all you need is a mat or towel and some light weights if you have them. All of the exercises can be adapted if you don’t have a weight.
We have put together clips of some of the exercises that can be used to create a circuit if you string together 4-5 exercises of 30 seconds or 8-12 reps for 3 sets with a 2-minute rest in-between!
