On the penultimate day of our 14-day Isolation Challenge, we challenge you to try a full-body workout! For this, all you need is a mat or towel and a small weight if you have one, but the exercises can be adapted if you don't have a weight.
We have put together clips of core exercises, stretching, and upper and lower body exercises which can be used to create a full-body workout if you string together 2-3 exercises from each group for 30 seconds or 8-12 reps for 3 sets with a 2-minute rest in-between:
