What with the weather getting warmer, longer lighter days and lockdown close to easing, things are starting to get that bit better.

2. 7-11 Breathing - this can make a stressful situation manageable and can help to take control of your emotions if you are feeling overwhelmed.

Give these both a try today and see if you feel a little more positive with everything going on. Even if it's a cloudy day, a big breath of fresh air is always a good idea!
