Dr Mili Shrivastava is an expert in sustainable business models and strategies, with extensive experience guiding organisations toward integrating sustainability into core business practices. Her expertise spans developing scalable, profitable business models that align with environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles. Mili's background in working with businesses on sustainability projects and academic research equips her to offer participants theoretical insights and practical tools for addressing market demands for transforming towards sustainable business. Mili has worked with multiple stakeholders, including businesses, local authorities, the third sector, and the public sector, on decarbonisation and circular economy projects to provide actionable solutions for carbon reduction.

Mili has published in high-quality ABS 3*journals on green practices and reputed media outlets like The Conversation and the World Economic Forum. Mili serves as Chair and panel member of the UKRI Cross Council Responsive scheme, which focuses on interdisciplinary research funding. Mili has received several international awards, including the Outstanding Woman Researcher award and the Best Paper award at prestigious conferences and foundations. Mili serves on the advisory board of several UK social enterprises and tech companies. With a deep understanding of the global sustainability landscape, Mili will help participants navigate the complexities of building sustainable, future-proof business models that drive long-term value.

Professor Marcjanna Augustyn is Head of Centre for Sustainable Business Transformations and Professor of Management at Bournemouth University. Marcjanna is a distinguished scholar, established thought leader and educator in business management and performance. Marcjanna published extensively, led high impact interdisciplinary research projects and advised organisations on competitive and sustainable strategies.

Sid Ghosh is Principal Academic in Operations and Supply Chain Management. His current research focuses on sustainable operations and optimisation of supply chain operations. He has published his research in International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management (CBS 3 rated Journal), Business Process Management Journal and others.

Dr Kaouther Kooli (SFHEA, UKCGE) is an Associate Professor in Marketing in the Department of Marketing, Strategy and Innovation at the Faculty of Management, Bournemouth University. She holds a PhD in Marketing. She has over 18 years of higher education teaching experience acquired in Tunisia, UK and France.

Her research interests are in digital B2B marketing, digital marketing and consumer behaviour. She is an expert in both quantitative and qualitative research methods. She is a Senior Editor of the marketing section of Cogent Business and Management, a member of the editorial board of the Journal of Business-to-Business Marketing and the curator board of the Journal of Customer Behaviour. She is also the Chair of the Academy of Marketing B2B Special Interest Group.

She has published in top journals. She has established an annual conference on B2B marketing where academics, students and practitioners get together to debate current issues and challenges facing B2B marketing. Kaouther has been invited to give talks at a number of universities both in the UK and abroad.

Dr Alan Kirkpatrick teaches accounting, financial reporting, and taxation. A Chartered Accountant with a PhD in Accounting and Finance he researches sustainability reporting, and environmental taxation – his research has been published in journals including the British Tax Review and cited by the UK House of Commons Environmental Audit Committee.

Dr. Lai Xu is an Associate Professor at Bournemouth University, UK, specialising in technologies for sustainable transformation. She leads EU Horizon and H2020 projects with global partners, focusing on smart technologies, digital factories, and enterprise systems. Her research advances innovative, secure, and interoperable solutions for future-ready, sustainable business practices.

She received her Ph.D. in Computerized Information Systems from Tilburg University, The Netherlands in 2004. Dr. Xu has published over 120 papers in international journals and conferences. Her research explores new knowledge in the design and improvement of complex infrastructure systems to solve real-world problems. The application domains of her research include; factories of the future, smart retail, logistics, smart city, health care, incident management, smart grid, e-commence and supply chain management.

Dr Edward Apeh a Principal Academic in Computing at Bournemouth University with over 20 years of academic and industry experience. His research focuses on AI, data analytics, cybersecurity, NLP, and Digital Twin systems. He holds two patents and has led multiple Innovate UK-funded research and innovation projects.
