Studying in the Faculty of Media and Communication in the Department of Media Production combines practical and theoretical approaches.

Throughout your studies, you will develop skills in various areas of Media Production and work on multiple projects alongside internationally recognised lecturers and practitioners. You will also benefit from BU’s connections with industry through guest speakers and workshops. 

You will have access to brand new specialist facilities including kit, two recording studios, post-production suites, sound stage, a new film studio and two Ultra High Definition broadcast standard multi-camera TV studios.
