This course is delivered by the AACSB-accredited Business School, an accreditation attained by fewer than 5% of business schools worldwide. It recognises our focus on excellence in all areas, including teaching and student learning.
Accredited by industry-leading bodies, this degree offers a solid foundation in accounting, finance and economics during year one, before offering you the opportunity to specialise in the second and final year. You will also have flexibility to transfer to an alternative accounting and finance pathway should you wish to, all in order to align your studies with your future career aspirations or perhaps help you to keep your options open.
Businesses of all sizes need to have a global perspective and this course will equip you with the analytical and technical skills required to understand key developments in international markets and teach you how to use these skills. This degree is particularly suited to careers in international finance, but has many applications in a wider business context as well.
The second year of this course opens the door to travel, as those interested in studying abroad can attend one of our international partner institutions for the second semester. We currently have partners in Australia, Canada and Europe.
Year three gives you the opportunity to experience a real-world working environment with an optional 30-week placement, which can be completed at home or abroad, allowing you to execute the theoretical and practical skills developed on campus. At the same time, you’ll be developing a network of contacts, bolstering your CV, and ultimately improving your employability.
100% of our final year students said that this course provided them with opportunities to apply what they had learnt. Join us on live chat now to find out more, or register to meet us at an Open Day. Or you could watch the online presentation to find out more about this course.
