This short course aims to support and develop critically informed, agile, and resourceful individuals who are passionate about fostering safe sport spaces.

You’ll develop the skills and knowledge to create and maintain safe, inclusive environments in sports. Whether you’re working directly with athletes, teams, or in broader organisational roles, this course will equip you to tackle the challenges faced in the sporting world.

Through engaging content, you’ll explore the impact of your decisions and actions on those around you and reflect on how to make positive changes in your environment.

By the end of the course, you’ll have a deeper understanding of the behaviours and strategies needed to foster a safe sport culture.

Accreditations and recognitions

BU will issue a certificate to attendees who complete the course. The course is not CPD accredited but is delivered by the Business School, which is AACSB accredited and has also earned the Small Business Charter Award, a recognition of its significant contributions to small businesses, student entrepreneurship, and the local economy.
