All students have a choice to apply directly to Bournemouth University or to apply with the support of an education representative. Your application is considered in exactly the same way irrespective of applying directly or via a representative.

Bournemouth University works with a select group of education representatives, carefully chosen to provide potential students with advice and support throughout the application process. These official representatives are contracted to support qualified prospective students to choose a course, submit an application, find accommodation, and apply for a visa amongst other services as appropriate to the prospective student’s circumstances.

If you enrol with us, we then pay the education representative a fee. You can choose to use other education agents if you wish; we train, monitor, and evaluate only those representatives who are contracted with us to ensure they offer the best possible service, and we strongly encourage you to use one of our official education representatives listed on this page.

Please note, there have been examples of unofficial education representatives claiming to represent us. Check this list to be sure you are using an official partner of Bournemouth University. You can also refer to the student guide to choosing an education agent to be more confident in your decision.
