Our group fitness instructor and all-round SportBU legend Helen Palmer will be putting you through your paces with classes such as ‘HIITmas’, ‘ABvent’ and ’12 days of Legmas’ – see what we did there? If you want to de-stress and unwind over the Christmas period why not try our ‘Snowga’ class with Melsia (that’s yoga if you didn’t already guess). If all that isn’t already enough we are also treating you with a Christmas present which includes free access to the SportBU gym from the 14 to 18 December and 4 to 8 January.
