We kick off our 14-day isolation challenge with a core work out! For this, all you need is a mat or towel and a small weight if you have one the exercises can be adapted if you don’t have a weight!
We have put together clips of 15 exercises which can be used to create a core workout! If you string together 3-4 exercises of 30 seconds or 8-12 reps for 3 sets this will last around 10-15 mins so linking 2 of these will create a 30 min routine!
