On the final day of our 14-day Isolation Challenge, we challenge you to challenge yourself! This can be in any way fitness or lifestyle-related; we have some suggestions if you are struggling for ideas:

  • Cycle 15 km
  • Try beat your 2 km run time
  • Try out a new recipe
  • Try a core session
