Our online conference will address concerns and challenges across Health and Social Care with a focus on retention and how we can create inclusive work communities.
2022 has been a year of challenge: Covid 19 has fundamentally changed our relationship with work and our appreciation of life. Brexit and the emerging energy crisis have increased personal and resourcing pressures across industries and concerns around recruitment and retention have increased. Individuals are faced with the impact of the cost-of-living crisis and some have to make the decision to heat or eat. Anti-racist and inclusive practise is expected whilst societal and organisational structures are still evolving to move beyond privilege. These channalenges and other concerns will be discussed during our 2022 NCPQSW conference.
