As a Lecturer in Marketing, Strategy and Innovation, within the Department of Marketing, Strategy and Innovation, you will be committed to excellence in practice, teaching and research. Enthusiastic about student-centred pedagogy, you will contribute to education delivery, including programme development and management as required.

You will also make a significant contribution to strengthening the department’s research and professional practice profile as a thought leader in marketing, strategy or innovation informing societal debates, policy agendas, student experience and employability.  You will engage in publishing your research, attracting external grant funding, knowledge transfer, continuous professional development, and other forms of professional engagement with relevant internal and external organisations, at regional, national, and international levels, as appropriate.

You will be qualified to Doctoral level or be able to demonstrate the ability to create and disseminate knowledge at an equivalent level and the capability to convert this knowledge into a doctorate in a maximum of 3-5 years from date of appointment. You will be research active and committed to a culture of academic excellence and continuous improvement.

This position is offered on a fixed-term basis until 31 January 2023, to cover the maternity leave of an established member of staff.
